Shelley S. Rees

Shelley Rees is an Associate Professor of English at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. Rees earned her Ph.D. in English from University of North Texas, specializing in 19th-Century British Literature, and continues to research her dissertation subject, poet and playwright Thomas Lovell Beddoes. In addition, Rees studies popular culture texts, including publications on Joss Whedon’s Dollhouse, AMC’s The Walking Dead, and cult television icon Mystery Science Theater 3000.
